Shipping Policy

North Sol Market currently ships to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery

Most orders arrive within 5–20 business days after shipment. Delivery timing varies by product, destination, carrier, and seasonal demand. Any delivery date shown at checkout or in tracking is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Tracking and multiple packages

Tracking details are emailed when available. Because products may ship from different fulfillment partners, a multi-item order can arrive in separate packages and on different dates at no additional shipping charge.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact northsolmarket@gmail.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.

Delays or missing packages

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other events outside our control can affect delivery. If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your order has not arrived within 25 business days after shipment, email northsolmarket@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.
